Scott Pasquini

Prior to co-founding Orchard Investment Partners in 2024, Scott spent nearly twenty years as a private equity investor at two of the industry's most experienced middle market investment firms. During his seventeen years with Madison Dearborn Partners ("MDP"), he helped invest and support value creation across four of MDP's flagship funds, as well as participated in three separate continuation vehicles, which in aggregate represented $24 billion of committed capital. Scott spent his first five years with MDP as a generalist, supporting the firm's investment efforts across a variety of industry sectors, including business services, consumer, financial services, healthcare, industrials, telecom, media, and technology. Following his time as a generalist, Scott narrowed his focus on the telecom, media & technology services ("TMT") sector, eventually rising to Managing Director and Co-Head of MDP's efforts in TMT, as well as a member of MDP's investment committee. Prior to MDP, Scott spent two years with GTCR, focused on investments in the consumer sector, and two years with Merrill Lynch in their mergers & acquisitions group.
